After graduating from the University of Colorado in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in psychology, Martha worked as a legal assistant in a small Boulder law firm. That experience started Martha on a long and rewarding career working in the areas of elder law and fiduciary services. After working for many years as an elder law paralegal, her desire to have more of a personal impact led her to create her own fiduciary services company in 2008. She has served in numerous fiduciary capacities, including agent under power of attorney, conservator, trustee and personal representative. With over twenty years of experience in the Boulder County area, Martha contributes her knowledge and humor in an effort to tailor services to each client's individual needs.
Martha is the current vice chair of the volunteer board of directors for Boulder County CareConnect, a non-profit organization promoting the security, comfort and independence of seniors and adults with disabilities.
